OASIS is GSA's next generation contract vehicle for complex, integrated professional services for U.S. federal agencies. GSA's Federal Acquisition Service is developing OASIS as a Multiple-Award/IDIQ, solution-based contract, providing a government wide vehicle for efficient task order procurements. OASIS is anticipated to have a base period of five years and one five-year option for a total of 10 contract years with a $48B ceiling.

Financial — Metrica Inc. provides financial and budget analysis to firms examining their programs, operational efficiencies, and policies in order to improve operations.
Scientific Services — Metrica Inc. is able to support organizations with scientific and professional services in the environmental, physical, and social sciences. We provide robust staffing augmentation to provide innovative support for our client across a range of mission spaces.
TRACLabs, an affiliate of Metrica, Inc., has specialized in the design and development of automation and robotic systems with the ability to quickly perform complex tasks in unfamiliar environments that can range from remote war zones to the surface of the moon. Today, TRACLabs-developed technology is in use at NASA, the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory, major research universities including MIT and Stanford, and private-sector companies such as Boeing and Lockheed Martin. TRACLabs offers expertise which has provided pioneering development in robotics, automation and man/machine interface. TRACLabs will be a strategic partner in Metrica's role as a Pool 4 contractor and competitor.
