MTISurv
is a proven industrial/operational-strength, Internet-based
system for collecting simple to complex data from
anywhere around the globe. With the full power of the Internet, MTISurv
supports surveys ranging from the most modest up through sophisticated
surveys using HTML insertions for graphics, video, and active links
to online reference resources.
-
MTISurv
"surveys" can also be thought of as "scripts"
and used to integrate organizational objectives by acting as just-in-time
job aids, providing new employee tutorials,
assessing job knowledge via tailored online testing,
defining training needs, feeding workload
analysis projects, gauging employee morale
as well as measuring customer satisfaction.
-
In
operation, all the survey content, intelligence, and response data
resides on the central server (Windows NT/Windows 2000) running the
MTISurv software. As long as the computer can store cookies (used
as placeholders), survey respondents can use any computer
that connects to the Internet (including Windows/MS-DOS compatibles,
Macs, Linux/Unix, and even WebTV!).
-
MTISurv
will serve the survey respondent one screen at a time and expect back
only limited response data until the respondent completes the entire
survey. Because the data resides on the server, respondents
can start and stop their survey as needed. In fact, they
can even start at the office during the day and log back on at home
and complete the surveywithout losing their place!.

Many
Internet survey products can be used for simple surveys such as Customer
Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction, or instant polls on particular hot
topics. However, when you have professional grade issues and sophisticated
surveys with upwards of 5,000 respondents and/or 500 to 1,000
or more items, where do you go? You need MTISurv ("Mighty
Serve"). Only Mighty Serve can fill the bill. Click to see how MTISurv
exceeds other survey packages in Question Formats,
Survey Development Time, and Survey Presentation Strategies.
