This file reports the similarity (or difference) between each pair of items being evaluated. The items may be cases, with a similarity measure of percent time spent overlap, or tasks, with a similarity measure of the degree of co-performance. The creation of this file (by the OVRLAP program) is the most costly part of processing a study. This file is used primarily by the GROUP program to perform the hierarchical clustering.
