This file is identical to a Task Title file, except module titles are stored where the original duty titles were stored on the Task Title file. There must be a unique Module Title file for each unique set of modules defined by the user. Hence, if one has STS, POI, and CDC modules as defined above, one must have three separate Module Title files, and three separate Module Factor files, if data are associated with these definitions.
